Course Structure
These courses are run in conjunction with Icanthus Limited, and are offered both as public courses, in-house courses or distance learning. The mode of delivery comprises tutor led training sessions supported by course activities and a comprehensive pack of materials. In the case of distance learning tutor support is provided. Delegates are encouraged to apply the learning from the course by completing a six sigma project within their work environment.
Six Sigma Certification
Following completion of the course, delegates will receive a QMT/Icanthus certificate of competence. Additionally, a QMT/Icanthus Validated Six Sigma Practitioner Certificate will be awarded to Green and Black Belt candidates who satisfactory complete and submit a six sigma project and report for assessment. The Practitioner Certificate will enhance the competence certification and verify the delegate as a Green or Black Belt. Candidates also have the option of pursuing certification with the BQF and achieving registration on the BQF database of recognised Six Sigma Black Belts.
