ISO TS 16949 Lead Assessor Course IRCA Registered

Introduction
ISO/TS16949 is widely recognized quality standard used in the Automotive Industry. The standard is an interpretation of ISO9001 for the Automotive industry and contains requirements such as Quality Control Planning, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Statistical Quality Control, Measure System Analysis. This course although wide ranging intends to cover all the issues surrounding ISO/TS16949 including implementation, auditing and action planning.

  • 17.15 Team Exercise (Benefits of Quality Management) Each team will identify areas within their own organisation where the implementation of quality management system including quality objectives, would help to eliminate current operational problems and bring benefit to the business. The teams will then be requested to present one problem and solution back to the group for discussion and comment.

    Writing Nonconformity Reports Categorising Nonconformities Collating and summarising the audit findings in an Audit Report The Recommendation Evaluating Corrective Action

    The delegates will be given sample of incidents where they should identify nonconformities and complete Nonconformity Report.

  • 11.30 Team exercise: "Day two of the Audit"
    An introduction to the second day of the audit case study, where delegates perform the role of auditors and are required to identify and record non-conformance(s) against the requirements of ISO 9001:2000/TS16949.

  • 13.15 Team exercise: "Closing meeting"
    The delegates will present their Nonconformity Reports to the remaining delegates as part of closing meeting role-play exercise.
