Influencing Skills
INTRODUCTION
The key objective is to provide managers with the skills required to confidently influence and communicate with people at all levels of an organisation. Participants will learn to asses their own behaviour, to choose and adopt behaviours that will leave them knowing that they handled situations, however difficult, respectfully but effectively.
This course can be run as individual ½ day courses or as a 2 day ‘World class leadership course'.
