Introduction
ISO 22000:2005 is the new internationally recognised food safety management system standard that is applicable to all organisations regardless of size who are either directly or indirectly involved in the food chain.

This 5 day course is intended for experienced food safety professionals seeking an understanding of the management systems approach to food safety and the skills required to audit effectively against the food safety management system standard ISO 22000: 2005.
