CQI Diploma in Quality Assurance/Quality Management - Level 5
The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is officially recognised as the awarding body for qualifications in Quality Management.
The CQI Diploma in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Level 5 is the key academic qualification for any serious quality professional. The qualification provides new and existing quality practitioners with the knowledge and skills to plan and manage an organisation's quality management function.
The CQI Diploma qualification helps develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of quality and the quality function within the whole organisation. Students who successfully complete this qualification and have the required work experience will be eligible to apply for CQI membership as Member, Chartered Quality Professional.
Potential job roles: Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Business Systems Manager, Senior Quality Manager, Quality Management Specialist/Consultant.
CQI QUALIFICATION
The CQI Diploma level 5 qualification consists of the following nine units:

| U507 | Quality Related Legislation and Regulation | Level 5 | Assignment |
| U508 | Quality Planning in the Product Life Cycle | Level 5 | Assignment |
| U512 | Business Research | Level 5 | Project |
The above 9 Units must be completed within a 4 year time frame to achieve the Level 5 CQI Diploma qualification.
Exams and Assignments are assessed twice a year (January and June of each year).
